4, We confirm the payment and then send out the goods  by door to door Express mail.

 Shipping policies
1)  Shipping is after full payment for any kind of orders. A tracking number will be given to buyers to check the status of their orders.
2)  For shoes we have in stock, shipping is in 1 or 2 days after payment; for custom shoes or bulk orders, shipping is after production completed.
3)  Buyers pay for all shipping costs.

All shoes come in the original box with the retro card.

3.What size do you have?
Shoes size ranges 7-12, and bigger sizes available on your requests.Most shoes are in European or US sizes. If you are not sure, please check the size conversion chart.

4.Do you do retail or wholesale?
We sell single pair of shoes as well as bulk purchases. Price is for retail orders. For wholesale, we offer 5-15% discount depending on quantity and quality of items. To qualify for wholesale discount your order must have minimum of 100 pairs.

5.Do you have custom shoes?
Yes, just write us about your requirements, preferably with pictures. We will contact you for further discussions.

6.Can I order a pair of shoes as samples?
Yes, we accept samples orders.Ordering procedures are the same as mentioned above.Please note the additional shipping charges for order less than 10 pairs. Besides the unit price, we have to charge $20 more each pairs for shipping fee.

7.How long can I receive my shoes?
Shoes are shipped within two days after the order and delivery will take about one week. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday.

8.How the shoes are delivered?
Usually shoes are sent via air express like EMS��TNT��UPS.

9.How can I know my order status?
Once we send the shoes, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can check your order online.
